Acroyoga is a practice that combines movement, play, and connection through partner or group work. It integrates elements of yoga, acrobatics, and trust, inviting participants to explore balance, communication, and presence. An experience to open the body, enjoy the moment, and connect with others through listening and care.
KNOW MORE
A nourishing Yin Yoga class that includes gentle breathing exercises and guided meditation.
Yin Yoga helps to relax and de-stress while working the deeper connective tissues, improving flexibility and supporting joint and ligament health.
In each posture, we will explore the body, finding the perfect space to settle into stillness and release stiffness or stagnation without forcing.
Calming breath work (Pranayama) will balance the nervous system, and a short Shavasana meditation will leave you relaxed and ready for a restful sleep.
Rooted in traditional Indian and Chinese principles, Yin Yoga works with Prana (Chi) energy and the channels (Nadis/Meridians) that carry it through the body.
By holding the postures longer, we release stagnant energy, which allows for physical and emotional healing.
This gentle, meditative practice is ideal for beginners and advanced students alike.

Tribal Yoga is a unique experience that fuses yoga, primitive movement, play and group connection. Through the body, we explore our vital energy, awaken our inner strength and immerse ourselves in a state of presence and fluidity.
In this practice, we combine dynamic sequences inspired by yoga and animal flow with partner and group dynamics, creating a space of exploration and belonging. We end with a meditation and a conscious sharing, integrating the experience on a physical, mental and emotional level.
Benefits of Tribal Yoga:
Increases mobility, balance, strength and flexibility.
It releases tension and regulates the nervous system.
It encourages expression, connection and a sense of community.
It allows you to get out of the routine and reconnect with your essence.
