Hi, I’m Sati. I’m originally from London with Indian roots and have been living in Spain for a few years now, where I share my passion for yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Since I started teaching in 2018, I have witnessed how transformative a yoga practice can be not only for physical health, but also for cultivating mental clarity, emotional balance and inner peace. Having trained extensively in India, I draw a lot of inspiration from the philosophical and spiritual concepts that come from the East and are an important part of yoga philosophy. In essence, yoga is a way of aligning the body, mind and “spirit”. My teaching combines traditional Hatha and Yin yoga with mindfulness and meditation practices, creating a holistic approach to wellness. Whether you are looking to build physical strength, develop a mindfulness practice, explore philosophy or find relaxation and balance, my classes are designed to accompany you at the point of your journey.
