My name is Usha, also known as Sara Ashton. I am an actress, TV presenter, singer-songwriter, and meditator.
I had the immense fortune of receiving direct teachings from Poonjaji (Papaji) in Lucknow, where I discovered devotional singing.
In all of my workshops—whether in theatre, dance, or singing—the aim is to come into contact with silence and with the magic that happens when “the doer” disappears.
